All Trio Gold products are covered by a care and maintenance warranty card, designed to help your jewelry retain its original beauty and be enjoyed with confidence for many years.

Warranty Coverage Period
Gold and diamond jewelry purchased from Trio Gold is covered lifetime maintenance warranty from the date of purchase.
Conditions of Warranty Validity
For a product to be covered under warranty, the original invoice must be presented with the garantiee card.
Products for which the invoice and the certificate cannot be presented shall be excluded from warranty coverage.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- Products that have been resized, repaired, modified, or otherwise intervened with by third parties or institutions other than Trio Gold are not covered by warranty.
- Products that, following expert evaluation, are found to be damaged due to user error, improper use, incorrect storage conditions, impact, or contact with chemicals are excluded from warranty coverage.
Out-of-Warranty Services
For products excluded from warranty due to user-related damage, repair services may still be provided upon the customer’s request, carried out in our own workshop without any profit margin, subject to feasibility.
If any addition, replacement, or modification is required during the repair process, the customer will be informed in advance and the procedure will only be performed upon the customer’s approval.
Complimentary Services
- Resizing services for purchased products are provided free of charge.
- Shipping costs incurred during the resizing process are fully covered by Trio Gold.
