Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or invoiced. However, please note that custom-made or personalized creations including products with engraved initials, zodiac signs, or selected letters cannot be canceled once production has started.

Return Policy

Each Trio Gold piece is handcrafted with care and made to order. Therefore, custom-made or personalized items (including products with letters, zodiac symbols, or engravings) cannot be returned. For all other eligible products, you may initiate a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipments must be insured and securely packaged, using the courier company of your choice.

Exchange Policy

At this time, online purchases made through www.triogold.com cannot be directly exchanged. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the original piece (if eligible under the above conditions) and place a new order for the desired product.
