For purchases made on www.trio-gold.com, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.

Can I create a set from a piece of jewelry I like?
If you have purchased a single piece, you may complete it as a set with matching items available on our website.
If the piece does not have a corresponding set, you may contact us to explore a custom-made creation.
The ring I purchased does not fit my finger. What should I do?
If you provide us with your correct ring size, we can adjust the ring so that it fits your finger perfectly.
To proceed with the adjustment, you may contact us to receive a shipment code and return the piece free of charge and fully insured, or schedule an appointment at the Trio Gold office.
If my jewelry is repaired by a jeweler or workshop other than Trio Gold, will it still be covered by the warranty?
No.
Any jewelry that has been repaired, resized, or otherwise altered by a third party not authorized by Trio Gold will be excluded from the warranty.

Is the price of jewelry determined solely by its weight?
No.
The value of a Trio Gold creation is determined by its design, craftsmanship, and the materials used, and not solely by its weight.
Can I freely choose the shipping company for delivery?
All Trio Gold orders are shipped with full insurance via the carrier designated by Trio Gold.
To ensure insurance coverage, shipments must be made through the approved carrier.
Shipments made through other carriers are not covered by insurance.
